We like to keep things simple her at Vine Concepts. You will always get the best we have to give, and our most honest and sincere effort, because ultimately, when you propser, we propser. Our job is to help you propser.

Having said that, there’s just a few things you should be absolutely clear on about your SEO service and what you’re signing up for when you choose to work with us – put as simply as possible.

  • Any website we do SEO on is owned by you, unless clearly stated otherwise.
  • Any website we do SEO on, we am simply going to be building / optimizing them, and if you choose, providing maintenance and care for on an ongoing basis.
  • Any and all SEO results are not guaranteed.
  • The only things guaranteed are the deliverables which are stated on the proposal page you were given.
  • The scope of time for the campaign is simply our estimate of time needed to deliver you peak results. You have the freedom to terminate your services at any point in time.
  • Should you choose to terminate your services with us, you must provide 30+ day notice prior to final payment, to ensure no further investment is made in the campaign from our end after you choose to leave
  • Refunds will not be given for months in which stated deliverables on the proposal were completed. As mentioned SEO results are not guaranteed. If we do not do what we say we are going to do, however, will gladly refund you right away.
